Lambert Rugani has spent over a decade bringing together top digital and technology executives with his clients. He leads our Digital and Technology Officers practice. Prior to ZRG, he worked with Spencer Stuart and in management at IBM.
He places CIO, CTO, CISO, and Chief Digital Officer roles across industry verticals, with particular expertise in the healthcare, industrial, consumer, and real estate areas. Lambert is a keen matchmaker and has seen candidates he’s placed rise to CEO in their firms. He is based in the New York City area.
Lambert holds a BBA from Hofstra University and has completed numerous courses through Harvard University. He serves as a board member for The Patterson Club.
